Hillendale Park is defined as all land deeded on January 1928 as recorded among the land records of Baltimore County, Maryland, Liber No. 237-246, File No. 548, and bounded by Taylor Avenue, Oakleigh Road, Clearwood Road, and Hillendale Road.
The Hillendale Park Community Association is a 501(c)4 organization.
The purpose of the Hillendale Park Community Association Inc. is to provide a non-profit, non-political, and nonsecetarian basis, a means whereby members, residents and property owners of the Hillendale Subdivision in Baltimore County, Maryland, may (1) provide and maintain community recreational, safety, education or other facilities or improvements for their benefit and for the civic welfare in general; (2) collectively act with respect to all matters whether of public or private nature which may generally affect or interest the members of the local community; (3) operate a community organization for community improvement, better fellowship, and a stimulation of interest in a higher development and improvement of the living conditions in the community.
